Society of Mary Background
219 Thorndon Quay is a 4 storey office building that required a complete fit-out. The Scope of the project consisted of internal fitouts, installation of a lift and re-roofing.
Key Commercial won this project through an open tender situation.
We worked closely with the Architects (Architecture HDT Limited) and the Quantity Surveyor at Dean, Murray (Wgtn) Ltd.
The programme for this project was over a 72 day period starting with scaffolding and demolition works.
The project ran very smoothly and we were able to complete it within the programme timeframe.
